We designed and implemented a targeted tax strategy that generated over $200,000 in savings

collections process. By implementing a structured invoicing and collections system, we broke

coverage with improved benefits while reducing annual costs by five figures.

Initially engaged to lead financial due diligence for a potential sale, we uncovered a critical issue
- $3 million of phantom net income reported over four years, which resulted in approximately
$750,000 in overpaid taxes.
We led the full amendment of those tax returns and successfully recovered nearly all of the
overpaid amount, while also reconstructing and cleaning four years of financial data to establish
a reliable foundation.
Following this, the client engaged us for ongoing accounting and CFO support. Over the next 18
months, revenue increased by 50 percent, driven largely by strategic pricing analysis and
operational optimization. We also developed and implemented systems that nearly doubled
gross margins on 30 percent of their revenue by capturing previously missed opportunities.
Throughout this growth phase, we maintained a clear focus on long-term exit readiness. As a
result, the company has seen its valuation increase by 3x while simultaneously improving
profitability and cash flow.
In addition, we implemented enhanced receivables and collections systems, along with a
